Bringing a rich tapestry of culinary experiences, I've thrived as a personal chef for families across the DMV area for the last few years. My culinary journey began at a very young age under the guidance of my grandmother, former owner and head chef of a Bed and Breakfast in Martha’s Vineyard. While I never had any formal culinary school training, my continued culinary eduxation is rooted in diverse international kitchens—from Southern Thailand to Bali to Northern Vietnam and across various European countries, where I lived from 2013 to 2020. Specializing in a variety of international cuisines, and with experience in many diets including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, pescatarian and paleo, I constantly explore new recipes, welcoming feedback from family, friends, and clients. This unique blend of heritage, global exposure, and adaptability defines my approach as a standout personal chef.
