What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we like to send out an initial "mock proposal" to get started, then curate it towards your personal wants and needs. we believe it to be easier to start from some sort of template to give the clients some real numbers to work with, so we can taylor the event towards you without having to start from scratch. then once we afre getting close and want to secure the date, wee recieve a deposit which locks you in for that day, while you can still make adjustments through the whole time leading up to your event day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Savour offer a huge array of different cuisines from around the gastronomical world. From hearty classical American, delicate and light Japanese sushi, flavoursome Greek, Spicy Middle Eastern, Vietnamese, Mexican, Korean, French, Caribbean, to British, and many more. The caterers can also accommodate guests with gluten-free, lactose-free, no pork, kosher, nut-free, vegan, organic, and vegetarian dietary needs.
How did you get started in this business?
After working for the area's premier caterers, Chef Matt Geiger has decided to take on the market here in southwest Florida, providing first-class food paired with outstanding service standards to the public in southwest Florida. With his expertise and a team of professionals, he can make something beautiful evolve from your simple idea. He prides himself on customer service and honest feedback.
Everything I’ve done in my life has lead me here. starting from washing dishes over 14 years ago, I have not stopped bettering myself, and I continue to grow, not only as a chef but now a business owner. the happy staff turns into happy customers. I see what is missing in the market and good food is hard to come by. Not only good food though. Great service seems to be just as hard to find. we are in a time where customer service is not what it used to be, and i want to change that. I want my customers to know I have their questions answered and I will give them a great experience from start to finish. If my staff is in your home, it is our job to take care of you and make sure the stress of having an event is non-existent. Your home will be left clean, garbage is taken out, and your guests happy.
