Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Have a telephone conversation with the Client and provide details of myself, my background and the services I offer
2. Find out exactly what the client is looking for - get an idea of the vision/ the date/ time and confirm availability
3. Provide a proposal / quote.
4. Client reviews proposal/ quote and if happy with the quote a contract will be written up and sent to the client for his/her signature.
5. Deposit of 20% will be made to hold/ confirm date and payment arrange will be made for the remainder. Full payment required 2 weeks prior to event.
6. I start working on the project (Client can call me at anytime)
How did you get started in this business?
Living in Bermuda, I worked with the top wedding planners on the island (15+ years ago) - with plenty of on site training - I decided to pursue the wedding industry full time in 2009 And never looked back. Wedding planning and officiating ceremonies is my passion.
