Catering for over 35 years. Coming from Kansas City, with executing over 50+ Wedding's a year. Business Lunch's and many Charity events. Now returning to Florida (The Key's) the last 5 years getting my business started successfully. Member of the Local Chamber of Commerce. I Manage the Middle/High School Cafeteria in Marathon. My business is changed, doing a lot of high end Private Chef dinner's and small private catering.

I started cooking in Kansas City in the 80's worked under Robert Babcock and was hired as Assistant Chef for the Kansas City Royal's. I worked for Compass Group for 5 years. I was executing private parties at the Exclusive Lake Quivera Country Club with my own business.

I enjoy cooking the Island Food and Fresh Fish, many local fruits and vegtables. I grow my own herbs! And Fresh Fruit!

I attended Hillsborough Community College. Florida Sun Biz Licence
