I have extensive experience in baking and have worked in catering and personal chef services for several years. I can supply catered fare for any occasion or personal chef services for that small gathering or intimate night at home.
I am a classically trained chef with a baking certificate. I have been in the culinary field for 16 years. I love creating culinary experiences that are unforgettable!
I truly enjoy creating a wonderful experience for my clients. Food is an integral part of any gathering or celebration. I take the responsibility of making the food memorable very seriously! It brings me joy to watch folks eating and enjoying my creations!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I prefer to meet with the client to get a thorough understanding of what they are wanting. I would them put together a proposal and review it with them before starting work. 50% deposit is required for first time clients.

How did you get started in this business?
I’ve always loved cooking and baking. Feeding folks is my passion. I decided to go to school at 50 and get my degree in Culinary. I’ve never looked back.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every kind. Brides, party planners, individuals. Everything from dinner parties to barbecues. Birthday cakes and wedding cakes. Mostly private parties. Graduations, retirements, anniversaries.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did a down home country wedding with pulled pork barbecue, potato salad, cole slaw and pasta salad! The cake I made was three levels with camo ribbon and orange flowers! It was lots of fun.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you find someone who’s as excited as you are about your event. Small business folks are how you put your money back into the local economy. They are also more likely to give you personal attention.
