    I've been in the industry for at least 35 years I started when I was 12 years old as a child I wash dishes and cleaned the restaurant later on I grew a love and passion for the food and the industry in itself and I started my professional career by the age of 21 as many of our chefs at stream cuisine have the similar start in the industry and have been working for the hospitality services for many years

    Most of my career I've worked in the corporate industry as a corporate chef I was the EDR chef and I oversaw a staff of 35 people had the pleasure to haved worked in American Express three world trade center and with the support of my staff serve 3800 people a day and of course USTA Forest Hills and Flushing Meadows Tennis Events were i served tennnis players movie stars soap stars and the Media personal
