I strive for the best service experience and as a stickler for quality I only want to be associated with it. I want to provide an experience that just at the thought of it brings a smile to your face. I enjoy meeting new people and bringing their culinary event visions to life! I love learning about new techniques and how I can implement them in my work. I've been in this field over 10 years and one thing I do know is that it will be forever learning and growing! That's why I pride myself on staying up to date with my certifications and equipment. I don't consider what I do "work" ...it's my lifestyle!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact has been made, I briefly go over my services per the requirements desired by a patron via whatever website I was contacted on, email or phone along with a price quote. Then we go from there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Culinary Arts/ Culinary Management from Le Cordon Bleu (Chicago) and ongoing certifications pertaining to my field of work. SERVSAFE CERTIFIED as well.

I've always been drawn to the Kitchen...it's something that has been in my family for years!!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work a lot with busy professionals, homeschooling moms and city workers. I do a ton of meal prep, lunch & dinner deliveries...etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask a ton of questions!!! Have a menu in mind...etc.
