What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client contacts me we begin a process of asking questions about price, a date and time, then I asked them if they are using the images for professional use or social media usage. Once that is done, we book a time and date, I let them know that I send their images same day until they send me file numbers back to finish photoshopping, color correctiona nd sharpen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my photography work at a private college in Minnesota.

Yes, I keep my prices simple, so there is no confusion about what they are getting after our photo session.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my business after I was a photo assistant for 5 years in the mid 1990's.

I have worked with every national editorial magazine on the news stands including: Forbes, Fortune, Time, ESPN, Smart Money, People, Elle, Seventeen, Rolling Stone, No Depression, Harp, Paste.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently was hired to photograph 185 head shots in 4 hours. I completed it and every one loved theirs images. It took a week to photo shop 380 individual shots.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask around, look at web-sites, decide and quality not quantity.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask what you don't know, I'm here to help as much as I can.
