Carlos has managed various 5-star hotels, restaurants, and catering companies including Nobu Las Vegas, Sushi Samba Dromo South Beach, and The Raleigh hotel with Andres Balaz Miami Beach. With a passion for the culinary industry, Carlos has executed such events as, Wine & Food Festival, Art Basel, Mercedes swim show, and Formula E in NYC.
