What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is finding out what the customer wants
and get a budget that I’ll be working with bcuz the
it is important to get all details correct. A happy customer is always my goals from beginning to end.

Yes and No bcuz every event is special and unique
to the customer budget has a lot to do with what
pricing .
How did you get started in this business?
My career started 45 years ago , my god mother work at a local restaurant, her dish washer didn’t
show up, she called my mother to ask me to help
for a few days. But I was enjoying the job so much
i started prepping And preparing Food for the restaurant also. I have worked in every department
of hotel and restaurant business

I worked with Tom Joyner pre cruise party, Dick Gregory , Congresswoman Wilson , Super Bowl 10 vendor, Miami Dade vendor , American Legions Post 29 Veterans affairs , under my other name
