About
We take the time to talk with each and every client and create a custom menu to fit their budgets and specific needs. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and providing an experience from start to finish!
This isn't work for me. This is my passion! The saying is true, do what you love and you'll never work another day. I enjoy seeing the faces of the people who consume my food, the eye roll (because it's so good), the conversations started over my food, I love it all.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do have a base rate for so servixes. Usually, we price on a case by case situation because we create each menu to fit both clients dietary needs as well as budget.
How did you get started in this business?
I actually became interested in cooking when I was 16/17 years old. I was having issues with my health and cooking and being n the kitchen was my happy place. The only place where I wasn't in pain, discomfort or sick at all! Cooking is my PASSION and it shows in my food.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with couples wanting to surprise their spouses with a romantic dinner, baby showers, meal prep clients, family reunions, travleing families with mulitiple days, corporate events and more. We have catered events for Cues (a warehouse company) for over 300 employees, Pepsi Co., Non Profit organizations and the City of Orlando, just to name a few.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Honestly, I enjoy each and every client I have encountered! I learn and build from every experience. I really did enjoy a personal chef service I did for expectant parents. They wanted to celebrate new year's in a big way one last time before the baby was born. We created a restaurant style atmosphere with adding table decor. They were amazing clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Know your budget and at least 3 must haves or dislikes. This gives me a better chance of creating the best menu for you and your event!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Can the caterer accommodate the amount of guests that I have. Are they licensed and insured. Does my venue allow outside caterers? Do I need them just to drop off the food or full service? Will I need servers, drinks, silverware, etc.?
