What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to reach out to them and make it personal. Everyone I work with I love to make them feel like they are all that matters. And you know what...They are!!! No one person is the same, nor is their budget or their event. That is the difference between us and THE OTHERS...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 21 years experience in food service and customer service. So our experience makes us THE ELITE FORCE! We have all our federal and state requirements for food health and safety.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
NO! NO budget is the same nor are our customers. So they are all consulted and discuss options and help with giving them what they request at their price.
How did you get started in this business?
We have opened several big corporate restaurants and opened various contracts across states since 2005. We have branched off into our own company that has fellow sister companies attached to provide you one price rather than several with other 3rd party vendors on top of other fees. Our goal is to provide the best experience from first contact to the event. We have booked weddings, baby showers, birthdays, dinners, private chef events, private dinners, pop up picnics, pop up brunches, pop up vacation fantasy trips, pop up movie fantasy dinners and more.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types. Different request in different circumstances.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Right now we are working with a wonderful client, and the theme of her party is the greatest theme i have worked on in a long time. A sweet 16 Beauty and the Beast themed party.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice would be, DO NOT BE A COOKIE CUTTER CUSTOMER. You are SPECIAL! Your event is SPECIAL! And YOU should be treated as such. Even if we aren't a perfect fit for you, WE want you to remember that.
