Authentic Caribbean Chef!  Born and raised in Jamaica Offering the best homemade  Caribbean's food.  Incredible US Chef!  This great Duo also provides American Dishs, Soul food all the way down to country good cooking! 

We set up our food truck on the corner of east colonial and Bonneville on the East Side of Orlando!  I customers have raved about our food on  Instagram and Facebook!  Are jerk chicken is the number one  To our fans!  We have great customers we make sure we pay all of our tips forward by a feeding the homeless and currently collecting 2000 toys to take to Jamaica!

    Rene have asked me to do a review for her, she says there starting to do more catering and needed my Experience for a recent request. I was more than happy to do this for her. I had a huge party for my daughter sweet 16. We are from the Caribbean's so their menu was perfect For us. Also I have a lot of friends from all over so the fact of having US cuisine we could choose, was perfect! My party size was for 70 people and I did a serve yourself buffet. Renee had the cutest décor she asked what was my color scheme and made sure she was able to blend in with my decorations of the party! Everything was named, it was so beautiful and Organized! To me the little things matter a lot and she took the time to make sure she had Hand sanitizing sopt as people got their plates and utensils.

    This wonderful wife and husband duo, was just what we needed they were very kind and friendly! we 1st met them as they served us food from their food truck! Because there food is just absolutely amazing we hired them to do a party. It really was a small gathering with friends and family of about 40 renee was more than happy to accommodate at the last minute. We picked up a tray of jerk chicken, Rice and peas Collard greens with The smoked Turkey. Having the concept of Jamaican food and us is absolutely amazing you get the best of both worlds!
