We are experts in Puerto Rican Food. Traditional made, with "Campo" style flavor.  Authentic flavors of Puerto Rico made in a scratch kitchen.  We uniquely can produce any of your island favorites in large quantities.  From small office parties and baby showers to 200 person weedings, corporate luncheons or events. Our food shows up hot and tasting great.  When our hot boxes open up everyone can smell the flavor. Custom dishes and non Latin dishes are also available. We realize sometimes events are mixed crowds and we are able to offer dishes in other cuisines to accomodate your friends, family and coworkers. 

We believe in helping our customers manage their costs yet still have a successful event that meets their goals. We use our 15+ years of experience to assist our clients in making best choices in portion amounts and menu selection to stay within their budgets and not waste money or food. This includes menu choices for vegans, religeous reasons, medical reasons or just guest preferences. 

We are the most cost effective way to bring high quality Latin food to your events. We are also one of the few who can do 200+ people events with Latin cuisine.

We provide the food. This is where we really help customers keep their costs low and that is we cook, we bring the food and all the pans are disposable for you later.  No high add on costs, or dishes for you.  Depending on the client needs we can provide chafing dishes, food servers or staff to maintain your event clean at an additional cost. We can provide basic or reflections silverware.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Acquire basic info about the client and regarding their event and goals.

Establish a base model menu to generate a starting point quote. This could include sample menus. Website links.

Through dialogue establish the detailed criteria and make menu decisions. Producing a final quote. 

No deposit is needed. Final total payment must be made prior to the event. 2 weeks in advance if servers are needed. 

Day of event your food will be ready for pickup or delivered. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

30 years experience in restaurants and catering. Successful build up of a high end catering comany. As well as 4 restaurants. Experience in 25,000+ people events, Disney convention center work and custom private chef work in destination beach front homes and events. 


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

There is a basic pricing system.  Meats are sold by the pound based on your needs. Side items are sold by the trays based on needs. Several sizes are available for side items.   Custom work is priced individually.  All pricing is the same as we use in our restaraunt. Pricing list is available. 


What types of customers have you worked with?

Corporate officers, business owners, political parties, non-profit events, schools, doctors offices, medical drug reps, brides, church leaders...... we work with everyone.
