What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the customer and get a sense of what they are looking for and what their background is and especially their taste profiles. I then create menu and estimate based on that need. I'm very one-on-one and customer service and treat every person as an individual.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
