What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to have at least 2 weeks notice and half of cost up front.

Our cook has more than 50 years of cooking BBQ.

We do not have a iron clad pricing guide, as some of the meats we prepare are of market value and prices change from day to day.
How did you get started in this business?
After doing contract work for more than 20 years they decided to semi retire and cook BBQ on the weekend and we are working more than before.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Ez-catering, GrubHub, self-delivery, weddings, NFL players parties and functions, corporate functions, car shows, festivals of all kind, Birthday parties, and we have served truck drivers from all over the country and Canada.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We love doing the Fall Festivals throughout Florida. Just this past weekend we were at the Fall Festival in Wildwood Florida. Church festivals are my favorite.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Visit our establishment prior to agreements if possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Know exactly what you need and want for each of your guest.
