    Last year , My brother and I booked a private catering experience for our wife’s for Valentine’s weekend and when I say they talked about it up until it was time this year . Every need was catered to. We each were able to get our steaks cooked to perfection the way that we preferred. My brother and I didn’t even have to go out and buy roses. Tiyanah and her assistant provided everything. Try the seafood mac and cheese as an add on and thank me later.

    My office was so last minute with deciding if we were going to do a holiday party as we will be undergoing renovations and closed for the month of December. We booked Chef Tee and her staff literally 6 days prior and we are already looking forward to booking them for our Re-Grand Opening in January. We have a group of 40 and we’re able to stay within our budget and the food was delicious. Please try the Sweet Potato Pie cupcakes !!! I’ve NEVER had anything that delicious in my life.     We found Cela’s on FASH after we received a quote within budget for a last minute wedding. Not only we’re we located an hour away , the way they were able to pull it off in a week with such excellence was mind blowing. From the food to the customized dessert bar. People are still talking about it. I’m a wedding planner and being able to find them in such short notice and not have to worry about the food and dessert gave me time to focus on the other details of the wedding. They will now be my go to for Florida weddings. This was last minute remember and they created something so beautiful and amazing not thrown together.

    Tiyanah and her staff were very skilled at what they do. Upon our first call , she assured me things would be they way I wanted it and she exceeded our expectations for our holiday party. I was a bit skeptical as we desired a Mediterranean cuisine and they hit it out the park. We’ve already booked for my daughters Sweet 16 in March and looking to book for our family reunion this summer . If you want to hire someone who will do exactly what they say and then some. Cela’s is it. She even worked with our budget without giving us the bare minimum.

    I started cooking and baking as a little girl in my grandma's kitchen and it's always been a Passion of mines throughout life. I was catering events in my neighborhood since the age of 15 and decided to go to school to pursue a career in culinary arts. 

    I've worked with customers from all walks of  life and they've all become family. (Corporate/Entertainers/Churches/Community/Government etc.) Companies we've done major: GSK , Marriott, Radisson, T-Mobile, Cheverlot, Sams Club and more....

    A recent event I did was a Women's Conference in Orlando where I worked with 3 people to come up with the menu and they had 3 different ideas which would have been challenging to the average chef. Patience, Communication, & Compromise goes along way. We created a masterpiece and I'm already booked for next years conference. Your vision and desires are my top priority no matter how small or large the event is.

    My advice would be to never settle. You deserve exactly what you're looking for. Choose someone that you feel genuinely has your best intrest at heart , not someone jist after your money,
