i do not at the moment, i calculate your cost per plate you want to spend plus my labor and cost of food divded by how many people are attending
How did you get started in this business?
i have been cooking since i would walk. my mom showed me how to cook an egg at the age of 5 i think younger. it never left me, ever since i would be up early making breakfast for my parents. its been engrained in my bones ever since! i started my first job as a dishwasher at our holiday in a small town in colorado. quickly moved my way up to prep and then line. then went on to a Job Corp for culinary Arts, from there i went to sullivan university in louisville kentucky studied basic culinary and business then transfered in Atlanta Ga to study fine Cooking & Baking
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
look for some one who genuinly cares Not about just you but your Event and your feelings towards the food.
food driven people are the best to have in your events
they focus on the health, time, flavor, and expectations for you and your event.
money driven people in the food industry especially catering results in sams frozen burgers.
I source everything locally as much as possible, fresh and true ingreidents. all items of food are hand crafted from scratch. NEVER from a box or frozen isle.
