I attended Sullivan university in Louisville Kentucky for basic culinary & business

Studied fine baking and cooking at art Institute of Atlanta

i do not at the moment, i calculate your cost per plate you want to spend plus my labor and cost of food divded by how many people are attending

i have been cooking since i would walk. my mom showed me how to cook an egg at the age of 5 i think younger. it never left me, ever since i would be up early making breakfast for my parents. its been engrained in my bones ever since! i started my first job as a dishwasher at our holiday in a small town in colorado. quickly moved my way up to prep and then line. then went on to a Job Corp for culinary Arts, from there i went to sullivan university in louisville kentucky studied basic culinary and business then transfered in Atlanta Ga to study fine Cooking & Baking
