Welcome to Sunshine City Ceremonies! My name is Cynthya, and I’m a notary public and an ordained minister based in St. Petersburg, Florida. I’m available to travel anywhere in the state to photograph and officiate your wedding or elopement. Popular destinations include Disney, the Florida Keys, and cruises, all of which make for memorable venues for your celebration. Additionally, I can accompany local clients who wish to marry in other states.

With 15 years of experience as a perinatal counselor, childbirth doula, and newborn photographer, I’ve supported 600 clients during life’s most important events. I’m known for my warmth, reliability, and positive, can-do disposition! I pour my heart and soul into every couple I work with, crafting a memorable ceremony and photos that beautifully reflect their unique love story.
