First of all, AMAZING chef!!! Had a 12 person get together with almost half of us vegan and half not and everyone was blown away by her food and services. Everyone was accommodated and very satisfied. Amazing Chef Amazing experience. Thanks Chef C!!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask the customer all the details i need to know for there event. Starting with how many people will be at the event, the food cuisine they are looking for and any other food allegies or accomadations
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Food & Beverage Associates Degree, food handlers Certification and over 13 professional years working in the food industry
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is different I go off of the number of guest and the cuisine requested.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my business because as a young child i was always ik the kitchen at the age of 5 i made my first meal loaf with my grandma. Cooking has always been something that i enjoy doing. One day i just decided to take it to a next level, created a website, facebook, instagram business page and went from there
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with local customers that didnt live to far from me they found me off my food pages and website
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My favorite event is when i catered my first bridal shower, the guest loved everything and cleaned there plates i was so happy
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice would be to just ask the questions you need, check out the food pictures and start from there
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The first thing the customers need to know before booking for a event is the number of people they invited, type pf cuisine they are willing to pay for and the price of food in there area
