No short cuts are accepted when it comes to the way our ribs are prepared. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact via phone, text or email. Once received will have a phone call from Ms Patty to go over the order, details and pricing. Once confirmed will receive a thank email with invoice. Once deposit is made customer will receive a complimentary sample bottle of homemade bbq sauce.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 40 years of cooking in various restaurants in Ohio, Arizona and Florida.

How did you get started in this business?
We're a family owned business. My husband loves to cook. He enjoys it and it relaxes him. I love people. I love to interact and to provide delicious food. Nothing says I love you like food cooked from the heart and that's what we do and how the business started. We are blessed and want to spread blessings to others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All races, nationalities and the LGBT+ community.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are fond of all events. For someone to trust us with their event makes our hearts swell with love and pride. Recently, we did a Sunday Football party. We cooked various foods from ribs, chicken, pulled pork and sides of cole slaw, baked beans and mac and cheese.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get everything you want in writing. Look at reviews. Find out about cancellation policy. Try small business, they are more eager to give you a good experience.
