Samone studied Hospitality Management & Tourism and also graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with a degree in Culinary Arts. With her chef bag in had she began to agressively pursue private chef jobs. Private chef jobs eventually grew into catering opportunities.
While working at various restaurants in Orlando Samone gained 2 years working experience to gain a solid foundation in international cuisine. After some time working in the kitchen Samone realized her personal fulfillment originates from interacting with guests and started her own Personal chef and Catering company in 2004. She hasnt looked back since.

Chef Samone is AMAZING and so is her food! Her personality is just great. We were going to do a destination wedding and were coming to check out venues and catering. We rented a house and didn't want to cook so were decided to choose a chef from the list that was given to us. We hired her not realizing she had a catering company!! She was pleasant over the phone she allowed me to do most of the talking then sent us an awesome menu!! We were only going to use her for dinner but man let me tell you when I say it was amazing I mean AMAZING!! From the appetizers to the sauces to the desserts and she says she doesn't really make desserts well she blew us away! We hired her to do the next day and our wedding. She was just a gigantic help, the company gave us an all inclusive package all but the wedding planner we took. She literally elevated so much time and stress. Our wedding is next year and I cannot wait!

If its for events such as a wedding I would want you to give me your vision of your day, walk me through your day as you are picturing it. This helps me to create a menu unique to you. When I hear about your flowers and type of flowers, your colors, your theme all this helps me to understand your overall vision from beginning to end and believe it or not food can tie into all the information provided.
I hold a degree in both Hospitality and Culinary Arts. I am a licensed personal chef and caterer; I also hold a liquor license as well.
I am a certified life coach in women's healing and health.
Our prices vary based on what type of service you would like. Our personal chef services can start at $325 per week.
Our private chef services can start at $100.00 per hr.
We offer packages for those staying at rental homes that are very affordable.
With regards to our catering side, prices can range from $35.00-100 pp depending on type of service.
I started straight from culinary school I am a member of the American Personal Chef Association and have been for 13 years.
My customers are foodies, they are people who are well traveled, doctors, executives, celebrities as well as good average working people.
I love initimate events outside of my personal chef events. What makes me very fond of these types of events are the family/friend connections. It just reminds me that food is what brings people together.
Come with a realistic budget and some idea of what you are looking for. I always say don’t get so caught up in price but the connection. It’s the connection that will ensure your day whether it’s a personal chef or catering project will run smoothly. At least this is my opinion.
