What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send a new client a catering questionnaire via email. Once the client sends it back completed, we contact them to finalize their options and set up a tasting. We charge $100 for the tasting which goes towards the overall bill.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined total of over 15 years in the food service & hospitality industry. Our Executive Chef apprenticed under a Certified Master Chef for 3 years & has worked closely under the tutelage of two former White House Chefs. Our Executive Pastry Chef was Salutorian of her culinary class & has also worked with former White House Chefs.
How did you get started in this business?
Our EC was tired of making other people rich with his knowledge & expertise of food. So on a whim with the urging of our EPC, this company was founded.
