What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once contact is made and details are reviewed, we'll email our menu or direct the customers to our website to select items for an estimate.

Once selections are received we will send an estimate via email.

If customer agrees to estimate, we'll gather other details for their event and send an invoice for deposit payments.

After deposit is paid, we'll book the event and begin preparing around the date of event.

On the morning of event, remainder of the invoice should be paid and we'll deliver at requested time.

We'll set up the customers buffet and leave their guest to enjoy the food.
