What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and listening to them, but we do realize challenges that may occur, so we meet the customer where they are, by phone, or email. We then find out what do they need done? What deadlines exist? and then We develop a plan to excute each order effectively to meet their needs. We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy and have their best interests in mind at all times
