Hi everyone! Over 15 years of experience in hospitality that has taken me around the world, and back has given me so much as a person. My passion now is teaching and creating nostalgia for my guests through my food and style.
I am classically trained in food from Spain. However, my experience has had me working from the most casual of establishments, to the highest fine dining institutions.
