What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to contact potential clients directly and discuss what they are looking for, not only in a possible catering company, when it comes to their imagination for their event... Then we want to send over via email our new client information packet that includes our event survey.... We then want to schedule an in person appointment to show who we are and continue the dialogue we had...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelors and Associates in Culinary Arts along with a concentration in Baking and Pastry... Certified
EC, WEC, PC, WPC, CC as well as Associate in Accounting from University of Miami
