Very endearing a specific company. We had a great event chef and the servers were engaging and knowledgeable. The freaking food was Michelin star quality and there was plenty for everyone.

What can be said! Food was magnificent! customer service was outstanding! Delivery and set-up was quiet and fast! Its not everyday that you get more than you pay for but with New Era Catering I think we got way more.

This company lives up to their name. They were on time and had everything they promised. The food was Michelin quality thanks to chef Eric menu suggestions. They provided a dance floor which was almost ballroom quality. Provided all the tables and chairs at a great rate. The 5th star would have been gotten but they did leave a couple of trash bags outside the dumpster and some animals rumagged through them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to contact potential clients directly and discuss what they are looking for, not only in a possible catering company, when it comes to their imagination for their event... Then we want to send over via email our new client information packet that includes our event survey.... We then want to schedule an in person appointment to show who we are and continue the dialogue we had...

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelors and Associates in Culinary Arts along with a concentration in Baking and Pastry... Certified

EC, WEC, PC, WPC, CC as well as Associate in Accounting from University of Miami
