What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultations are the first step in wedding planning as this allows meeting clients, establishing contracts, budgeting & creating a wedding timeline. Throughout the wedding planning process, clients will interact with various vendors or kingdom knot partners to perform services for their wedding day or proposal. There are weekly to bi-weekly updates as well as appointed meetings with those interested in assisting with the wedding details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a 5 year wedding planner, 4 year bridal consultant, and in the field of psychology. My extensive training in the wedding industry allowed me to work with various clients of all ethnicities and cultural backgrounds.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Retainer fee is $400 to secure the date and availability exclusively to a clients event only. All pricing for events are custom based on the needs of the clients request. All payments are processed through PayPal for security purposes. There are payment plan options available with minimum deposit requirements.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a bridal consultant for high end customers are bridal salons. My desire to help brides beyond the "Say Yes to the Dress" experience, soared through the roof. Although this was against the company's policy, I made a conscious effort to get it done. I've been uniquely gifted in art since 3 so applying my skill work to weddings came naturally. Consistently helping many brides bring their wedding dreams to life became my passion. Kingdom Knot Events was birthed out of a vision on a stormy day after attending a business workshop held at my church. The uniquely divine connections made each experience grander than expected. Exquisite elegance became the norm and every couple is blessed beyond measure.
