The process begins with an initial consultation to learn about the couple, their wedding plans, preferred ceremony style, religious or spiritual traditions, and any special requests. I can assist with ceremony planning, vow selection or writing, scripture readings, prayers, and other meaningful elements. Premarital counseling is also available upon request. Before the wedding, I confirm the final ceremony details with the couple and can attend the rehearsal when requested.

I have nearly 30 years of pastoral and ministry experience and have officiated approximately 100 weddings. I hold advanced degrees in theology and ministry, including a Doctor of Theology and a Doctor of Ministry. My background includes pastoral counseling, marriage and family ministry, public speaking, worship leadership, and helping couples prepare for marriage. This experience allows me to provide ceremonies that are professional, organized, personal, and spiritually meaningful.

Pricing is based on the type of ceremony, location, travel requirements, rehearsal attendance, ceremony customization, and whether premarital counseling or vow-writing assistance is requested. Customized quotes are provided after a brief consultation. A deposit may be required to reserve the wedding date, with the remaining balance due before the ceremony.

I began officiating weddings in 1997 as part of my pastoral ministry. Moss Weddings was established to make those services available to couples throughout the community.
