Tara Vice is the Founder and Creative Director at Any Reason To Plan. She earned her degree in Accounting at Samford University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over twenty years of project management experience in the technology, financial services and healthcare industries. She has managed million-dollar projects and worked on hundreds of projects. Her job has always been planning but her passion for twenty years has been wedding, event, meeting and planning. Tara is proud to bring customization, her eye for design and sense of style to each event that is planned.

    We are an all-inclusive event planning company that can plan and manage the wedding or event from start to finish, or just certain aspects of the event. Before we dive into the planning, we’d love to gather a little bit more information to ensure we tailor everything perfectly to your vision. Once we have a better grasp of these details, we can schedule a {no obligation} consultation to discuss your vision in more depth and tailor a proposal to fit your unique needs. We do have a service guide about our wedding planning that include three options to help with the planning - Full Planning, Partial Planning and Day-of Management (but it is much more than just day-of!). Our job is to make sure everything runs smoothly; all issues are handled promptly and efficiently so that you {and your family} can enjoy the wedding.

    Wedding planning can be very overwhelming, I like to talk through the wedding planning process, get to know you and make sure we are the best fit to work together. For our special events, before we dive into the planning, we like to gather a little bit more information to ensure we tailor everything perfectly to your vision. Once we have a better grasp of these details, we can schedule a {no obligation} consultation to discuss your vision in more depth and tailor a proposal to fit your unique needs.
    From the owner….My parents always entertained growing up and my grandmother decorated her house and church for every holiday. I guess you could say it runs in our blood. I have always been the family planner for trips and parties. That moved into doing parties for friends to being the church wedding coordinator to part-time to a full-time business.
    It is ok to not have all details. Vision and budget are important to pull together any great event.
    1. Date & Time, or a range 2. Budget is important. Ballpark is fine. This helps us figure out if we are looking at a five star hotel or a clubhouse for the venue. 3. Any theme, favorites or your vision for your wedding or special event. We can take it from there and give you options.
