What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and easy ! We ask our customers to email us at [email protected] with there name , contact info , dinner requests, time & location. We respond back within 24 hours notifying our guests that email has been received. After we consider a 48 hour window time to go over pricing and availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Greentonguekitchen employees come from a hospitality background. All of our staff members have a total combined of 26 years in the restaurant business. We have satisfied over thousands of guests in the past 4 years & are growing. Each staff member is serve safe certified & follows all cleaning guidelines when it comes to food & cocktails.

How did you get started in this business?
We started in 2017 & have been in hospitality for over 10 years. We are a collective of indivuals who have over 26 years of hospitality experince combined.
What types of customers have you worked with?
G.T.K works with all kinds of clients. From our everyday person who wants meal prep services all the way to celeberties who have private dinners. No occasion is to big or to small to serve anyone with great service.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our most recent event was an 50th birthday Party / retriement party. We were shocked by our clients needs as we performed for them. Since then G.T.K Has been contracted out to host the families engagements for the next 2 years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
i would look for an indiviual who is versatile & disposable. Someone who is availlble to answer any questions with honesty & can provide tastings prior to the engagement.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Pricing- be able to over spend on your budget. Overspending will create comfort just incase the client chooses to edit their menu or the caterer is able to add more flare to the cuisine.
