Paul was fantastic. The prep/organization was top notch and I felt like Paul had everything under control from the beginning. Once the day arrived for my Dads memorial service, Paul and his crew showed up early and had everything set up and ready to go. Food was fantastic and the cleanup was impressive. Great experience and I absolutely highly recommend Paul.

Paul, our pizza guru, rocked up with all the ingredients and equipment, and it was like having a pro chef right in my kitchen. We got straight into it, tossing dough, layering on toppings, and cracking jokes like old pals. But the real magic? When those pies hit the oven – talk about a sight to behold! Pauls stories about his escapades had us all feeling like jet-setters, and before we knew it, we were sitting down to devour our creations, feeling like culinary legends. Seriously, whether youre a kitchen wizard or a total newbie like me, having Paul host a pizza night in your own digs is an absolute must. Huge shoutout to Paul for making my home feel like a gourmet pizzeria!

Paul catered our wedding and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. As a vendor, he is very communicative and quick to respond to questions as they come up. As a chef, his food is INCREDIBLE. One of the top comments we heard from guests after our wedding was how much they loved the food that was served, and the presentation was next-level as well. I would recommend Paulies Pizza for any event of any size (our wedding was 200 people and it was seamless!); you will not have to worry about a single thing when it comes to food at your event, he will have it all taken care of.

Paul set up an excellent culinary show from the back of his van. Many guests hovered around him as he was preparing to serve us. We had a multi-course meal complete with a ‘welcome’ drink he concocted. The dinner was a raving success and already one of our guests has booked him for another event. Hats off to you Paul!

The best catering experience ever! Paul had great ideas for my party menu, the food he served was delicious and his team was so helpful and courteous. They took mishaps in stride. It felt like the Marines landed when they showed up. Did I say the food was scrumptious?!!!! Cant recommend highly enough.
