Saw's BBQ - Southside has some of the best BBQ in America. We are well known for our succulent Pulled Pork and delicious Smoked Chicken & White BBQ Sauce. Some might not know that we are also very good at sourcing some of the best seafood from the Gulf of Mexico, used in such dishes as our Fried Amberjack Sandwich with a Charred Jalapeno-Dill Tartar Sauce. This cozies up nice to an order of our Smoked Sausage Hushpuppies served with Pimento Cheese & Pepper Jelly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We share our booking information and rates for our services via Food Truck, Side-Cart, Drop-Off or Full-Service Catering. As the customer asks questions and decides what approach works best for their needs we formulate a plan for proper service. A contract is written with all pertinent information and sent for review. Once the customer agrees to the terms we reserve and secure the date for our services by garnering proper payment information.
