What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet in person or have an indepth phone conversation to determine the type of services desired and work with clients to develop the best quality and most cost-effective menu. A 25% deposit if the estimated invoixe secures the event date on our calendar. Final guest counts and menu selections can be done up until two weeks prior to the event date at which time an additional deposit brings the invoice to 50% paid. Remaining balance is due by end of business on the event date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grew up in a restaurant family. Began my catering career at 12 years old and learnes every role and aspect of this specialized profession. Studied nutrition, culinary techniques and menu planning, but my specialty is "down home" wholesome cooking and presentation.
