What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the moment I speak with a client I am focused on creating a memorable experience through our delicious food, unique presentation and impeccable service.
My process includes an intake conversation where I gather important information from the client about their event, theme, what kinds of food/dishes they like, etc.
From there, I send a custom menu taliored to their affair. For larger events such as weddings, I am available for consultation, site visits and event coordination.
