My husband and I own and run a Cajun smokehouse in Chicago. Both of us have been in the business for over 30 years with an extensive catering and private events background spanning from 200 + groups to small intimate personal cooking. We’ve done cooking demos and even catered for the Illinois National Guard.
We do catering for full dinners to cocktail appetizer events. We are also well versed in many cuisine types.
