My focus is primarily on the small bites concept, but we offer a Pasta Bar, Taco Bar, and since we customize menus often, some entree options. We also offer salads and some mini desserts. This enables me to keep my menus fresh, be very open and flexible to my clients' ideas and suggestions, and give personalized service.
I am passionate about food and people and it is my great pleasure to be able to help my clients create great experiences for their families and guests.

Lorretta was easy to work with. She responded to my emails quickly and answered my questions. Her menu was EXCELLENT, perfect for parties. All of my guest enjoyed the food (taco bar, mushroom, slider, ribs, ahi tuna, shrimp, bacon wrapped dates, mac and cheese bites. She also provided me with a server and Kelsy was very helpful. I was able to mingle with my guests and attend to my kids. Lorretta and Kelsy worked well together!

Loretta is so easy to work with, has a great menu selection and her food is fantastic! She prepared separate gluten-free food for a couple of guests, which was just as delicious. Because of Covid she had food wrapped separately, and wore a mask and gloves while setting everything up. It was such a convenience to have her deliver all of the food an hour before the party started. Great food and great service from a very lovely person! I look forward to using Loretta‘s services again.

Hope theres a lot of space for this glowing review! Had several emails and conversations with Loretta as this is my first time catering an event. Old school, we did it all ourselves. She was patient, concise and her menu was so extensive it was hard to choose. She gave me peace of mind securing my date as it was a holiday weekend but she is a woman of her word. Sher arrived on time as we discussed and her preparedness was fantastic, in and out in about 15 min. Her food was unique and amazing. EVERYONE raved about it all. Her serving pieces were quality and not flimsy so no need for me to even get out my own pieces. Even her utensils were quality material. It all matched. Keeping food warm was also considered and it worked just as she said it would.
She was so considerate that I had one important guest that was gluten free and she prepared her, her own meal. I cannot express how much I appreciated her services. I will use her again when the occasion arises. My only regret us that I didnt try her sooner. I was able to enjoy my event as I was not exhausted from cooking. Use her services with confidence you will be so glad you did. Thank you Loretta for your service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as many details about the event and budget as possible and arrange a chat, if that is what the client wants. Otherwise, email always works. I have my clients look over the menu, make some suggestions, and help guide them to selections that would work best for them. I am very flexible so customizing menu items is always possible whether someone has a favorite dish or has dietary restrictions. We are more than happy to accommodate everyone as much as possible.
