About
We believe in listening to a client first, before 'telling' them what they need to do, always remembering that it is them enjoying our food. The referrals we have received all have a common theme of clients expressing joy over being able to enjoy the event or meals they wanted, what they wanted to see and experience. Our cooking is based on good old fashion recipes, great flavors and wholesome balanced meals. Our catering is just as visually appealing as it is delicious. With over 40+ years of experience, we feel we can listen and produce what our clients need and want, even tho they may not immediately know at the first meeting. We often hear the phrase, "how did you know that's what we wanted?" It brings a smile to our face!
Hearing the joyful sounds and comments when people are enjoying what they are eating, nothing like it in the world! Bringing food and people together never grows old, constantly changing, always challenging and oh so rewarding! Like George Burns said, "Do what you love for a living and you will never work a day in your life" reflects my passion for working with food.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a whole of questions to make sure all details are covered for each event, no detail is too small or insignificant. Then we always leave the door open for questions and adjustments that may have to be made down the road. It is your event and it is our goal to make sure it is exactly what you envisioned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 40+ years of experience and a constant search for new techniques, new recipes and new vendors, all food is an evolving art form. Our view is that you should never stop learning and searching for new information.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each client is handled individually and pricing is done the exact same way. We only allow you to pay for what you really need.
How did you get started in this business?
George Burns at age 90 once was quoted, "Do what you love for a living and you will never work a day in your life". I have never really 'worked' a single day in school or in our business because it truly is a labor of love and passion.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From seniors and families needing balanced dinner meals, corporate events, company open houses, friend's gatherings, dinner parties, chef experiences and everything in between, there is always a time and place for really good food. Surprize birthday dinners, backyard BBQs, intimate dinners for two and board meetings are just some of the places you will find our food!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are doing a lot of tapas-style dinner parties, a group of 8 to 12 friends, lots of tasting dishes and matching beverages is a setting where we hear lots of laughter and joy while friends are having a great food experience. They always last longer than planned as no one wants to leave.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always ask questions, express every idea you have and only hire the company that is willing to listen to you. The bottom line is it is YOUR event, not the professionals. We are here to help your dream or wish come true or as we always say, where you feel like a guest at your own event and your guests feel like they are at a friend's home.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are my needs for this event? What are my guests' needs or what are they expecting? How involved do I want to be or at all? Why didn't I do this sooner? (We hear that a lot) LOL
