I’m Traci, founder of VÉRA Elite Group, a Chicago-area wedding and event company specializing in planning, coordination, floral design, décor, styling, and full event production.

For more than 25 years, I’ve worked across weddings, hospitality, beauty, floral, and event production, helping clients take an idea and turn it into a complete experience. I don’t look at an event as separate pieces—I look at the entire room, the flow, the timeline, the budget, the design, and how everything works together.

My services can include wedding planning, day-of coordination, vendor management, timelines, floor plans, floral design, installations, tablescapes, décor, rentals, setup, styling, and production oversight.

I’m known for being highly hands-on, resourceful, budget-conscious, and calm under pressure. I’ve managed hundreds of weddings and events, worked with complex vendor teams, and handled everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale productions.
