Chef Charlie is a 2008 graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago. After working within the restaurant and other hospitality environments, he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a personal chef. He's specialized in catering for non & not-for-profit organizations including childcare centers, inner city youth development centers and churches.
He finds fulfillment in offering his services to organizations that spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to inner city youth and disenfranchised peoples. He believes in the sweet simplicity of bringing the culinary arts to the average family's dinner table. When he isn't preparing meals for his clients, Chef Charlie enjoys spending time in his community serving his church, listening to good music and watching movies by Marvel
