I have been in the food industry for over 16 years. Serving others, and making delicious food has been my calling since I was a little boy. I was one of the lucky ones in my household that was entrusted with my grandmother’s recipes. Learning how to cook, sharing love and compassion is what made me the person I am today. I am well versed in many cuisines, but my personal favorite are Mexican and French. For my last meal, I’d love to have a Burger with all of the “fixings”. I have just moved to the Chicago from down south (GA). I bring that southern charm with me, and would love the opportunity to work with new people. Let’s make something happen!
