The Cheesecake Chick

I began my career in the hospitality industry at age 19, as garde mangè, at a 5 stare hotel in downtown Chicago. Since then I've been soux chef at a vegan health spa, pastry chef at a 4 star restaurant and proprietor of my own cheesecake home business. My experience extends from the back to the front of the house. I have skills in all aspects of the culinary world as well as knowledge of worldly cuisines. My event planning and organization prowess is exceptional and I love working with people.
