My focus as a chef is to produce the best flavors and great presentation. Food is everything to me and I am excited to share my awesome cuisines with you. I have been cooking professionally for 10 years and have work at some great places such as Michael Jordan Steak House, David Burke Prime House, Nordstrom Cafe, and more great 4 star restaurants. I have been catering events for the last 2 years and decided to design my own catering business.
I love seeing customers eat my food, the reaction afterwards is everything. I love feedback and interaction with customers to see what I can do better or what I can do more of.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will basically discuss ideas and cuisines with the customer so we can figure out a menu around the price range.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Le cordon Bleu and I have worked at some great restaurants. I was the Sous Chef at Michael Jordan's Steakhouse and David Burke's Prime house

How did you get started in this business?
Always loved to cook watching my grandmother. Love to read and study food. Food is my heart.
