I have a passion for cooking food, creating recipes and watching people enjoy my cooking. I am a soon to be culinary school graduate in August 2021 from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. I'm well versed in classical french cooking and soul food. I've cooked mostly for friends, family and church events. I would love to cater your event!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to understand what the needs of the customer are and based upon their needs we will devise a menu plan together and discuss costs based upon the menu plan. We will also discuss timing and dates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am graduating from culinary school in August 2021 from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
