What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I wasn't educated on how to become a cook. It's a natural thing I've always had. I've had a passion to own my own cafe since I was 12! From everything to a blueprint, the name and what type of food business. Of course as we grow our ideas change. But cooking has always stayed with me! So I guess you can call me the "Freestyle Cook"!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I do have an everyday menu . However, when doing events and parties as such. I charge by the plate and what I'll be cooking. So the prices can range from $15-40 per person
How did you get started in this business?
I took a leap of faith and asked God to lead my footsteps! Without a Do’me in the bank or resources.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Church gatherings, birthday parties, business meetings. Barbers, hospital (receptionist and nurses) and everyday people.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I haven't had any one that has stuck out. I e only did 6 so far. What makes me fond of anything I cook and serve. Is that the people enjoy it and love my food. What's even better when I get all the compliments! Lol
