What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial meeting or an initial phone call first, then I work up a menu according to what my guest or client has asked for and their budget from there we go on and they choose what they would like if they want to mix and match new things around and then we set a contract half a deposit is do we do the event and at the time of delivery the final payment is due
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in business management, and I also have a culinary degree. I have also apprenticed under a certified Master Chef and own my own restaurant
