What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical Process is to first know exactly what the customer wants. If we can accommodate, we will. If we can not we will let the customer know at that moment. If there is something similar to what the customer want that we provide, it will be offered. Then we do all that needs to be done to execute the plan laid out and provide wonderful food and awesome service so that the customer has an exceptional experience with Ron's Charcoal Grill.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I will describe 2!! Sept. 24, 2020, we did our first Political Catering Job for A Senator's Fundraising Event!! That was a Big Deal & an Even Bigger Success!!😊 *COVID-19 Restrictions Compliance Approved*
Oct. 10, 2020 we were invited to join a Pop Up Vendors Shop!! That was fun!! Came with More Exposure and New Happy Customers!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the person or company you choose has YOUR or THE GUEST OF HONOR'S Best Interest at Heart ♥️ The Customer/Client should always feel like they're in the driver's seat & respectfully in charge. Be Open to Advice, but don't be bullied into or accept anything you do not want.
