My name is Kenneth Coates, better known as Chef Ken, owner and head chef of It’s Time 2 Eat, LLC. It’s grown into more than just a catering service it’s a mission to serve love, flavor, and community through soul food. When you work with me, you’re not just getting food you’re getting a full experience. I bring professionalism, creativity, and high energy to every event. I’m hands-on, detail-oriented, and I make sure my clients feel taken care of from start to finish. I listen closely to what you want, I communicate clearly, and I treat every plate like it’s going to my own family.
