What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to talk either over the phone or in person to determine your needs. We will then send you over a quote for services and if you accept it, we issue a contract. Once that’s received back we start the planning process
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in design and business management, as well as 10+ years in events before and since beginning my company.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, but I can send a brochure to anyone who requests one it breaks down pricing for you. As will the quote. But bare in mind they are starting points since the amount of detail will change the price.
How did you get started in this business?
I feel in love with it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk with them first. Make sure your personalities will mesh because you spend quite a bit of time together talking and planning.
